The "Forza Trainante" behind this new venture is the passion and love of great food and my mission to bring the enjoyment of eating to you.

The Parish Pantry was borne out of a love for wholesome, tasty food.  The "pantry" was originally conceived over 10 years ago, but life and nerves slowed us down.

 

Fast forward 10 years, 2 healthy children and a supportive partner (one day wife) and we are ready to showcase our food to the Island.

 

My lifelong love of food has taken me all over the world and to many a fine restaurant, but my heart and taste-buds always returns to the flavours and style of Italy. 

 

The ability to turn simple ingredients into amazing dishes that live long after the final mouthful has been devoured brings me great delight.
